Nicole Roberts, MSW

Senior Executive Director
Serving Life Care since 2002 & Harbor Place since 2008

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Health Care.  She has worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and dialysis clinics.  Her focus is on making Harbor Place a great place to live and work. Nicole is an active member of The Rotary Club of Gig Harbor North.

Sandra Butler Sales & Marketing - Harborplace

Sandra Butler

Sales & Marketing Director
Serving Harbor Place since 2016

Sandra graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Business and has years of sales, marketing, operations and customer service experience. She works with residents and families to plan the next chapter of their journey, assisting them with any resources they might need to help facilitate their move into Harbor Place. Sandra is an active member of the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Health Care Providers Council of Pierce County, and Gig Harbor Aging Smart Network.

Activity Director
Serving Harbor Place since 2005

Krissy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Krissy works with our residents to plan activities that suit their interests. Our activity department plans, organizes and implements a variety of activities and outings designed to provide entertainment, exercise, relaxation, education and opportunities to express creative talents, all while fulfilling basic social and spiritual needs of the residents.

Lisa Stoican

Business Office Manager
Serving Harbor Place since 2007

Lisa studied accounting and brings a diverse background in finance, human resources, operations and medical experience to our team. She and her team take pride in delivering “Platinum Class Service” to our residents, family members and guests! Lisa handles all resident accounts, manages our front office team, and provides human resource services to our staff.

Joe Baugous

Executive Chef
Serving Harbor Place since 2005

Joe brings 28 years of culinary expertise to Harbor Place. He started his work in professional kitchens at the age of 14. He has won “Best Caterer in Kitsap County” and has served as a judge for culinary programs and military competitions. The Harbor Place culinary services team strives to provide fresh, well prepared food with a focus on superior customer service.

Stacy Plumb, LPN

Resident Care Manager
Serving Harbor Place since 2007

Stacy is a Licensed Practical Nurse who diligently manages our care team that provides top quality care to our residents. She works with residents, families, and doctors to create a custom care plan for each of our residents to meet their individual needs. She has been instrumental in helping Harbor Place achieve deficiency-free state surveys for two consecutive years which focuses on the care and safety of our residents.

Bill McIntyre

Maintenance Director
Serving Life Care since 2003 & Harbor Place since 2006

Bill earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and is a certified pool operator. He works hard to keep Harbor Place well-tuned inside and out. He oversees all maintenance services from the community level to our resident’s individual needs. Heading up the safety and emergency committees, Bill makes sure we are well prepared for daily living and any unplanned events.

Melody Douglas

Housekeeping Director
Serving Harbor Place since 2006

Melody has been providing quality cleaning services since 1998. Our housekeeping team keeps our whole community sparkling! Weekly housekeeping services are a standard feature for our residents on a weekly basis in their private apartments. Your assigned housekeeper will vacuum, mop tiled floors, remove trash, clean the bathroom, clean mirrors, countertops and kitchen appliance tops.
